“Each of the episodes have interesting topics, but the execution is hit or miss. I often hear the male guests dominate the conversation and interrupt Ana, which is disheartening. Also, Ana has a tendency to nervously laugh, which probably isn’t conscious, but in certain conversations (about sexual assault, nazis, etc) it's very inappropriate. Finally, the AA references in every. single. episode. are overkill, to say the least. I understand that it’s a big part of Ana’s life, but viewing everything through the lens of AA is a stretch.”Read full review »
