“I can’t say enough good things about MaCenna! I found her YouTube when I was in the first few days of being a new mom. It was a ROUGH start and that transition was a significant struggle for me. We were in the thick of it with a new baby, and were also moving to a new state in a new house we had never seen before, except for online (thanks, pandemic house hunting). Her YouTube was my escape. I have watched every minute she has published of her 111 year old house renovation. I applaud for her when she wins (excuse me, kitchen island and cabinets). I cry tears of joy at her accomplishments (why did I cry watching her decorate for Christmas?). I feel the anguish when her stove finally arrived in the WRONG color (fortunately). I was devastated when I missed out on her thrifted crewneck DIY drop with Romeo. MaCenna inspired me to build my own basement bar, tear down a closet and build a small mudroom, build all of my patio furniture and go to the hardware store and face the occasional sexism. Lol! I can’t wait to listen to this podcast and watch this new YouTube channel. Really looking forward to you sharing more. THANK YOU!”
