As a RN I found that my understanding of ADHD, pre diagnosis, was so limited to the typical young boy presentation. I also share your show with others! I love knowing that I am not alone struggling to manage with executive functions, despite appearing from the outside to be very high functioning. I feel validation listening to your podcasts about many things I didn’t even related to my constant feelings of overwhelm. I have learned so much about masking, mirroring, intuition, time blindness, memory difficulties, and emotional dysfunction (RSD). I wonder if you have interest in doing a podcast about ADHD and other diagnosis such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome? I would love to hear as I have read many people with ADHD are hyper mobile like myself!
