Revisiting my late thirties ADHD Diagnosis and finally hearing supportive voices
I was diagnosed with ADHD 15+ years ago. I had my Ah-Ha moments back then, but I didn’t feel the support (oh, that’s so over diagnosed) and made it feel like I was using a crutch. I just went back to feeling like a bad mother (horrid at schedules/routine) and depressed. Thanks to THIS podcast, I am feeling reinvigorated and excited that now there is support and understanding!
