Many laugh out loud (feeling seen!) moments and too many aha! moments to count. I’ve just found your podcast in the spring of 2023 as I’m just starting out on my own ADHD journey in my 50s. Thank you for putting this together! I’m ready to follow down many more tangent rabbit holes.
