There are a lot of claims here that aren’t really backed up by evidence. Or have conflicting research and aren’t as clear cut as they make it out to be. You can point to a study that shows one thing, but you need to mention if there are several other studies that show the complete opposite. That’s the case for many of their claims. Brain science my butt.

For me, this podcast has been enormously helpful on a number of topics. As I raise three boys under 10 years old, the information and insights have been practical and helpful to this chapter of life for me. Please continue to keep up the important work. Thank you!

My favorite parenting podcast! I’ve tried so many different ideas and the science based approach feels most true to me. I also wrote in a question and had it answered on the podcast! I appreciate everything these two do!
