Thank You!
So far I have only just finished listening to episode one. A couple months ago when I was on Youtube, starting my weight loss journey, I came across John (Obese to Beast) and immediately liked what he had to say. It was obvious to me that he wasn’t trying to sell something to me or make money off of me or his audience, he was just sharing valuable information. Pairing his videos and a workout program together, I have so far lost 10lbs. When it comes to eating, I fall off the wagon pretty often. But the nice thing about John’s videos is that they have inspired me to keep going. In the past if I fell off, I’d make excuses, thinking to myself, “Well, it’s ruined. No point in doing it again now.” But now even when I mess up, I shrug it off, and get right back on. I’m so, so happy that he and his brother Jean (am I spelling that right?) have decided to make this podcast. My recent obsession has been John’s second channel and seeing all of the Crossfit challenges and workouts, which Jean is sometimes featured in! Makes me want to do Crossfit, although it is pretty expensive so that’ll have to wait. Anyway, huge thank you to these two wonderful guys for sitting down and talking to us, telling us the truth, and not selling out after all of this fame. Keep on goin, brothers!
