Coronavirus has us all thinking of ways we can optimize our bodies for peak performance – that is, unless you’re Kristin Weitzel of Warrior Woman Mode. Kristin’s been in this shit since ‘92 (as Biggie would say), and she’s here to walk us through the biohacking options – even if we’re stuck at home. Kari and Ashley are comin’ in hot from quarantine, and discuss in detail their experiences leaving India during the COVID-19 crisis – plus what happened to their friends (one gets police lockdown, the other is still stranded in India a month later). Kari and Ashley hit three continents in three weeks, starting with the US for a work trip and Brussels, Belgium for a birthday. Next stop: Goa, India for the Holi festival.
