Thought-provoking conversations and applicable strategies
As an executive and team coach, I have been following, experimenting with, and questioning Adam's ideas and books for many years. Like everyone, myself included, he has blind spots and biases, but those pale in comparison with the power of the insights he offers and questions he raises about how we work best, what raises or lowers our motivation, and how our workplaces are evolving or need to evolve.
