Syrian chef Mohamad Orfali is the chef and co-owner of Orfali Bros in Dubai. Orfali was born and raised in Aleppo, the culinary capital of Syria, and his interest in cooking began at a young age. In 1997, he started studying hospitality and cooking and later went to culinary school in Paris.
