Syrian chef Mohamad Orfali is the chef and co-owner of Orfali Bros in Dubai. Orfali was born and raised in Aleppo, the culinary capital of Syria, and his interest in cooking began at a young age. In 1997, he started studying hospitality and cooking and later went to culinary school in Paris. Today he and his two brothers run one of the most famous Middle Eastern restaurants in the World. In this podcast Mohamad Orfali will tell about his journey that made him one of the top chefs in Dubai and about his dream of one day returning to his war torn home town of Aleppo.
