“I stumbled upon this podcast while searching for interviews with Karin Slaughter, and it is fabulous. The host, Dan Simpson, talks to wonderful writers and keeps them focused on the things that other writers want to hear about--their writing space, routines, and processes. He talks to them just enough about their current work-in-progress that the listener is interested in the book without becoming bored by something we haven't yet read (and may or may not in the future, depending). It's mostly, though not exclusively, U.K. writers. I live in the U.S. but read a lot of U.K. books, and many of these authors are sold in the States anyway. And, it doesn't really matter either way.
