You don't have to be a writer to love this podcast
Bob, Jimmy, and Jamie offer a deep-dive analysis of popular movies both old and new in their final form, along with industry info and a ton of writing tips. I've been listening to Writers/Blockbusters for a few years now. As a novelist who hasn't fully ventured into screenwriting (yet), I still find plenty of advice that's relevant to my own work. The discussions of story beats and character techniques doesn't take away from my enjoyment of the films themselves, and a healthy dose of humor keeps me laughing and engaged. If you like movies in general, you'll enjoy this behind-the-scenes peek of your favorite characters and stories. So check it out!Read full review »
