Good content but annoying contributors
This podcast has excellent coverage and professional hosts. Unfortunately they have segments from regular contributors who clearly are not broadcast journalists. They generally use voice inflections that are very unprofessional and would be eliminated with training. Sometimes called uptalk or upspeak. Either train these folks or hire a professional to read the copy. Sounds like amateur hour.

This podcast is a must-listen for me every morning, and along with the Gray Lady's "front page" podcast, provides a short, to-the-point summary of "what's news" in today's paper, first-thing in the morning. The narrators are good, although they sometimes speak a little...Read full review »
