I believe that a bit of stress can bring out a person's potential. However, for example, there was a period when I had to wake up around 4 AM in Thailand. After some time, I noticed that my body and mind started to resist this routine.
我觉得有一点压力也会压出人的潜力,但例如有一段时间我在泰国必须要三点多起床,我发现一段时间后,我的身心会有些反抗。
分享我自己(自由工作者)如何在各地调整时差工作:
在亚洲各地,尽可能将工作变成早上的工作
在北美洲的时候,有12-15个小时的时差,尽量也是早早起床和学生同步
在欧洲,下午的时候工作,早上和晚上都是自己的时间
