The undefeated No. 4 Cincinnati Bearcats host Houston for the AAC title this championship Saturday of college football.  Also, the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs are in Atlanta and hope to conquer the SEC with a win over No. 3 Alabama.  Wake Forest and Pittsburgh fight for the ACC title in Charlotte. Plus, an update on the second round lineup of the 2021 FCS Playoffs.

Rivalry Weekend includes Top 5s Ohio State and Michigan in "The Game."  The winner of this one at "The Big House" will continue on toward Big Ten and CFP supremacy.  In the South, the Iron Bowl includes No. 3 Alabama on the Plains against a bunch of Auburn Tigers looking for an upset.  Clemson and South Carolina should have a close game in the Palmetto Bowl.  Also, Big 12 archrivals Oklahoma and Oklahoma State clash in Bedlam.

Select teams will have a chance to claim a conference title this Week 12 of college football.  Veteran coaches Mike Leach (Mississippi State) and Dabo Swinney (Clemson) talk before their teams hit the gridiron.  Also, games to watch this weekend include Michigan State at Ohio State, Wake Forest at Clemson, and Virginia at Pittsburgh.

Lee Corso might have to put his seersucker suit and bowtie back on, as ESPN College GameDay returns to Oxford for Texas A&M's big SEC West fight with Mississippi.  There's a terrific ACC Atlantic game this 11th week of college football: N.C. State visits Wake Forest for supremacy in that division.  Also, Oklahoma and Baylor meet, Mississippi State is on the Plains to play Auburn, and Iowa and Minnesota have a rivalry game for the Floyd of Rosedale pig trophy.

Aggieland hosts Week 10's only Top 25 contest, as No. 13 Auburn tries to keep a win streak going against No. 14 Texas A&M.  Also in the Lone Star State, TCU will try to get past this week's firing of Gary Patterson and beat their "Revivalry" rival, the No. 12 Baylor Bears.  The "Y'all Kickoff Show" this week also contains news on a new coach for the Georgia Southern Eagles; and North Carolina coach Mack Brown is brainstorming about the playoff as No. 9 Wake Forest is Kenan Stadium-bound.

Week 8 of college football includes the rivalry game between Tennessee and No. 4 Alabama.  Conner Smith, a Nashville singer/songwriter, has the perfect song for Big Orange fans this weekend.  Elsewhere on the "Y'all Kickoff Show," Oregon and UCLA have a College GameDay production, newly-fired Ed Orgeron takes his LSU Tigers to the Grove and Mississippi, and the undefeated Wake Forest Demon Deacons go out of conference and to the Hudson as they visit Army.

Multiple law enforcement officers lose their lives across the South during the past few days.   The Atlanta Braves take a 2-0 NLCS lead in the best-of-seven series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.  Georgia is the unanimous No. 1 in college football.  Plus, "Toccopola Storyteller" Jerry Short reflects on LSU's dismissal of head football coach Ed Orgeron; as well as the death of Missouri-born actress Betty Lynn, who portrayed "Thelma Lou" on "The Andy Griffith Show."
