I love Rachel. I listen to her longform podcast weekly. I like the idea of these bite-sized moments of practice, but unfortunately, as others have noted, the execution is not soothing at all. Amazing
but the ad placement is jarring and truly a shock to the nervous system—ironic for a wellness pod. So I fast-forward until both ads are done, as my wellness would be a net-negative if I endured ad #2’s slam on my nervous system. Otherwise outstanding!
