A little bitter
Though I agree with you on many issues, and yoga is a science that goes way deeper then most practitioners will ever venture, I did witness my 7 year old teach my 5 year old how to spell his name. Was he not a teacher, though he could only teach him a little? Call it whatever you will, maybe body and mental awareness classes ( one could say soccer or swimming lessens are body and mental awareness classes too) but what “Yoga” schools in we west have accomplished in therms of of physical and mental health awareness in west is phenomenal. Lineage or not, traditional or not. We live in one world and for the Benicia of this planet we all need to share what works
