obsessed!
I listen to this podcast all the time. So much useful information that I always remind myself to go back for a listen and take notes. However, while Jason is a total mastermind, he sometimes tends to overrrexplain topics in a very slowed down way that can lose me halfway through the podcast. Sometimes I just want to get to the juice of what I’m listening to without too much fluff or microscopic details. I also wish there were more interviews with other yoga teachers and or students. I love Andrea’s voice and love hearing about both of their past stories coming up into becoming teachers and the differences in modern yoga now. I would like to learn more about the scientifically based benefits of traditional postures and positive explanations of postures anatomically (something short and sweet I can remember to relay in my classes), Sanskrit names, and Indian lore, culture and history of yoga, being a yogi parent in the modern world, how yoga has changed peoples lives, yoga while traveling, yoga dreams, how to connect w others when you’re the only one obsessed w yoga, inclusivity, and esoteric experiences including the bandas, naddis, chakras, etc. My fav recent episode is the one with Neeti. So relatable. And also discovered the amazing MWH platform from it! Mahalo nui from Hawaii!!! I love this show so soo much! Namaste 🙏🏽

Andrea, you said several episodes in you felt like you had finally found your groove, but I would disagree; I would say you've had it the whole time from the very first episode. I enjoy your insights and real life applications of what can be challening material physically, mentally or...Read full review »
