Thank You for “Yoga for Motherhood”
I have long appreciated what Andrea and Jason put out into the world, and I was especially affected by Andrea’s recent conversation with Naomi Annand. I’m a yoga teacher and Myofascial Release practitioner with a young toddler and I felt such solidarity listening to this episode. It came at a necessary moment. Got especially emotional listening to Naomi speak about her daughter’s dairy protein allergy; our son was miserable (and thus, so were my partner and I) with an undiagnosed dairy protein allergy the first 4 months of his life, and it was quite harrowing. The small bits of yoga—even just a brief, supported child’s pose or a few deep breaths—helped get me through and continue to help get me through when I keep coming to terms with the fact that I can’t do it all and I am, as I tell my yoga students they are, enough. Thank you Andrea and Naomi for this conversation!

I love this. I'm not a 'super-yogi' but this covers enough ground to be insightful but not baffling. She has a great relaxed calm style and her guests are a great mix.Read full review »
