“I just discovered Chad Rough and Yogamazing on YouTube. My pre-bedtime practice consisted of a yoga for strengthening the knees. My knees started popping after exercising in worn out shoes while on vacation. This practice was a restorative 27 minute video. The poses were held long enough to feel the muscles strengthen and Chad's guidance was clear. His voice was calming along with the background music. Chad easily transitioned me out of the poses instead of awkward sometimes even dangerous transitions I have experienced from other YouTube Yoga instructors.”
