“I was pleasantly surprised to find that this podcast is so content rich and helpful for learning yoga. Although not a beginner myself, anyone unfamiliar with yoga moves should be able to follow Chaz's examples and explanations. He even gives corrective hints for the common mistakes many make during various positions, which is additionally helpful. If I could change something, I would opt for less promotional chatter at the beginnings of sessions and a calmer approach. But hey, this is free, and personality differences aside, I give Chaz full credit for this great contribution to the health and well-being of all who take part.”
