4 Reasons
I find this podcast a perfect fit into my lifestyle for four reasons: 1) brevity--I can usually set aside a half hour to practice, whereas setting an hour aside often produces an imbalance with my family and work responsibilities; 2) Mr. Rough is naturally humble and gentle in his tone--this has permitted me to successfully introduce yoga to my wife and 7-year-old in the privacy of our home, whereas attempts at the gym have failed; 3) usefulness--Mr. Rough has a knack for addressing an element in my life that needs attention (e.g., yoga for knees); 4) the pace new podcasts are presented provides time to repeat them without having the nagging feeling I am sacrificing a new experience.Read full review »

In this podcast you can find the right yoga-exercise for every different need. All the episodes are easy to follow and have just the right length. Whether you suffer from a backache or are stressed out from work - the effects are indeed amazing!

I am brand new to Yoga. After taking a couple classes and feeling silly not being able to do the poses, I gave up. Then I checked out Chaz's podcasts and got totally addicted!
