“Love it! It's easy to follow, the poses aren't too tough and definitely help (I've done the Yoga for Runners episode several times after long runs- one I came back from limping, after the podcast I was almost back to normal!). I also like that if it's a harder pose Chaz gives an "easy" version for people (like myself) that aren't at the advanced level yet! Highly recommend this podcast!”
