Love it!
Love it! It's easy to follow, the poses aren't too tough and definitely help (I've done the Yoga for Runners episode several times after long runs- one I came back from limping, after the podcast I was almost back to normal!). I also like that if it's a harder pose Chaz gives an "easy" version for people (like myself) that aren't at the advanced level yet! Highly recommend this podcast!

This podcast is better than most videos you can buy in stores. Great for beginners but with challenges and great tips along the way. Show length is perfect- about 15 to 20 min per episode.
