After two long years, COVID is finally over as the Senate voted 48-47 to end the national emergency. The "Branch Covidians" are surely devastated by the news, but everyone else should be happy to see its end. France is suspending mandatory masks and vaccine passports on March 14 as sanity slowly returns. One can only hope the trend continues, but realistically they’ll just transition to war with Russia.
