Description
Today we bring on a special guest Cam J who speaks about his struggles with Post-Graduation Depression. Cam talks about how the transition from college to working every day and trying to balance his old social life with his new post-graduate life was difficult for him. He discussed his issues with being the youngest at his job and how at times it felt as if he didn't have what it took to fulfill his duties and responsibilities. Imposter syndrome and bad management diminished his professional confidence and how he was able to overcome those things. Cam also discussed how he was able to get himself back in order through helping others, mentoring, and taking care of himself physically. Post-Graduation Depression is very common and needs to be talked about more in order to help others understand that they are not alone.
