“Lots of good information here but the podcast is long winded. Do we really need 10 shows on Louella and Hedda? So much useless garbage. The minutiae on the Martin and Davis episodes made me stop listening.
A perfect example is the podcast on The Blue Lagoon in which the host thought it necessary to talk about Brooke Shields’ Calvin Klein as campaign. What’s one got to do with the other. I’m assuming Karina gets paid by the minute.
Some glaring mispronunciations too. Karina, look up how you pronounce My Lai. And valet is not pronounced the way it’s spelled.
Unlike many others I like Karina’s voice. I think it’s very sexy. And I love when she says “Join us, won’t you…”. It’s like she’s pleading with the listener that if they don’t listen she won’t be able to pay the rent or will have to walk the street.
I admire all the work Karina’s put in but she’d be better off putting in less.”
