When you find a coach, you have to listen to them even if it’s not clear why you are doing what you’re doing. Here are 5 steps to finding your coach:
1. Find an expert in the area you’re looking to improve
2. Validate their track record. How long have they been in business? What is behind the curtain?
3. Be sure they are a fit with you so you can be excited and really be attached.
4. Follow them until you outgrow them.
5. Repeat that in different areas you want to improve.
