You have to understand what is happening in your brain so that you can break through it and become your favorite version of yourself. Build evidence for the future you instead of reinforcing an old identity. You will create your life to the edge of this ceiling so if you want to elevate your life, you have to elevate your self concept. You do this by practicing the thoughts, emotions and actions of who you want to become. What does she think? What is her emotional IQ? What are her habits? Expand your state of being in all these ways. When you shift and elevate your self concept, your whole life will change. Your new identity will begin to emerge as you live into her NOW.
