Sound (and realistic) advice for parents
I sometimes wonder if Rachel has a hidden camera in my house. Whenever I find myself getting frustrated, angry, guilty or panicked by the everyday challenges of parenthood, Rachel’s sound advice from this weekly podcast seems to always bring me back to a level ground by showing me my thoughts and a way to use these moments to build my relationship with these little humans—all without any guilt or shame. This isn’t a podcast about being a perfect parent—because those ones always leave me feeling all the ways I don’t measure up. This one show me how to become the best version of the mother I want to be and raise good humans.
