Wish I had discovered sooner
Somebody recommended this to me on 16Feb24. I was constantly in overwhelm and struggling to “accept” my ADHD diagnosis (nov23) and perimenopause exacerbating it The podcast makes me feel “normal” when I was being made to feel broken in a NT world Thank you, Thank You, Thank you
