I feel better after I listen to this podcast than I did before
Most of these talks combine humor and insight. Gil Fronsdal especially has a soothing speech pattern - akin to when people whisper and you're inclined to listen - that compels me to listen while simultaneously to let go. The Zencast podcasts are a fantastic way to learn the concepts behind Buddha's teachings, one hour or so at a time.
