Not really, but you know what I mean. (No, actually I don't.)
This podcast is poorly executed. Mostly, the ideas being discussed are not explained well. I expect it would be really useful for someone who is already familiar with the concepts. There are a lot of analogies made which, if you already know what they're talking about, give useful mental boxes to put things in and labels to use. But if you don't already know then it might just sound like nonsense. Not a lot of radical information is forthcoming. Also, it is difficult to listen to. Sentences are plagued by umms and errs and you-knows. The presenters trail off and become inaudible, or are interrupted before they finish. Occasionally someone gets excited and shouts into the microphone. It's likeable, if you like that sort of thing.

These two revolutionized my improv game. They showed me the difference between a contrived and authentic performance. Listen, Learn, Discover b*tches.
