Valuable insight getting fitness-focused!
Philip is passionate about fitness and it’s clear after just listening to one episode. I started my health/fitness journey about two years ago, but got more serious this past April and really could’ve used this insight when I’d initially began. I have about 10 more pounds to lose for my weight loss goal and look forward to listening to this show as I progress towards that milestone. Keep up the great work Philip!
