Nice mix
While not totally my cup of tea, I do appreciate the mix of bite size episodes and deeper dives into different aspects of fitness, diet, and wellness. I can tell the host is passionate!

Eeek, fake science?
I enjoyed a handful of episodes but he lost me with recent guest Haley Fountain and her unfounded hormonal and nutrition beliefs. Surely there are medical professionals he could bring in to discuss the evidence? Not an actress with a coaching certificate.
