“Tuned in for a Jack the Ripper episode and initially liked it but was turned off by the completely random and unnecessary American patriotism and racism at the end. His defence of using slurs proudly is that ‘it’s just history’. I’m afraid that’s a pig-ignorant take ignoring everything we have learned since the times those were used and why we do not keep them alive in our speech.
Unimpressed, from the UK. Won’t be listening.”
