“I’ve tried a bunch of different yoga podcasts, and this is definitely the one I like the most. It’s great to have 20-25 minute sessions, perfect for in the morning before work or winding down after a long day. The variety is great too - relaxing, morning flows to sun salutations to tough power flows.”
