Morning quickie
Oh, my, goodness! This 15 minute workout made my heart hate increase, helped me stretch without hurting myself, and as a beginner in yoga this was amazing! So relaxing and I found myself laughing with the instructor and somehow knowing what pose came next. This made me feel like it was just her and I, as if we had had formed a strong bond. I felt very included and relaxed. I definitely downloaded and subscribed. Thank you so much. Honestly. Ashley.

This is a great podcast that I listen to in the stretching area in my gym. I was surprised at how easy it was just to listen to yoga (as long as you know the poses). Great podcast!
