Great educational stuff but needs diversity
Huge fan of the educational content these folks put out. But the delivery of the content is tough to absorb because the delivery is SO dry and academic. Which is fine if you enjoy that sort of stuff! Just very hard to get into and absorb the information since there is not a lot of chemistry or charisma being delivered. Another complaint that is a HUGE commonality between all natty bodybuilder podcasts: ZERO women are interviewed or featured. Just legions of white or white-passing dudes in polo shirts affirming each other. Considering that bikini/female bodybuilding is the thing that has revitalized bodybuilding economically over the past 15 years it seems like a huge oversight. Also there are plenty of folks who are not cis het men who want to know how to gain muscle and lose fat.
