I really like this podcast a lot! I found myself at such a loss as to why I wasn’t gaining muscle. This podcast helped to to understand better what I needed to do (progressive overload, more protein, etc.). I’m starting to have results now. I’m starting to feel like a younger 56 year old!

Couldn’t listen past one episode. Nothing unique or different from any other fitness layperson. She also sounds like she’s talking to a first grade class which was killing me. Just because you can, not everyone should do a pod cast.

I can’t believe my ears, how much this podcast speaks to me! It’s exactly what I have been wishing to find. On target and professional, yet clear & simple information. Easy to understand, normal/relatable and great sound quality! Love it!
