They should hire someone to do research
This podcast lacks research on what the basis and background of many cases actually are. It makes it tough to know what is true and what is their conjecture. There is very little nuance and many of their arguments and statements do not stand up to gentle questioning or research

Other, better SCOTUS podcasts feature expert analysis from top lawyers with actual SCOTUS experience. Not sure if the hosts of this slog have even been inside the Supreme Court building.
