“I don’t really listen to podcasts but I’ve got back into training so thought I needed some inspo. So glad I came across this podcast because it literally had me howling!! I feel really motivated and I’ve learnt so much already about calorie intake, planning workouts and how to generally feel good about myself. It’s completely changed my mindset. I used to get home from work sit on the sofa and think I can’t be bothered going to the gym now I’m home but now I listen to one of the podcasts and I can’t wait to get to the gym!! It’s been a pleasure to listen to!!”
