Thank you Shannon!!
This podcast and Shannon’s incredible insight and knowledge about how to truly recover from an anxiety disorder has changed my life. She shares the most helpful tips in a compassionate, yet straightforward way. She brings to light the fact that we are all completely capable of healing, freedom, and peace. Everything she shares is incredibly helpful and because she has gone through it herself, her words hold that much more weight. She has given me hope when I had none, and I’ve already seen a positive shift in my personal journey with panic disorder since listening to her. I’m forever grateful. Thank you Shannon!

Shannon has been such a blessing in my life. Almost the older sister I never had. I have been blessed to be able to join her healthy push community. She often uses the words “you are safe” , and it has forever become my mantra. A must listen if you’re read to start on your road to recovery.
