Life became an intense struggle because of the things I thought I knew. The solution was wonder, and the realization that my ideas and beliefs were not supported by the evidence. All of the questions that bothered me were based on unsupported assumptions about life. I did not need to answer these questions but just realize that they were built on fantasy.

Life is baffling. That we experience anything at all is astounding. We use our knowledge of the world like a safety blanket in an attempt to navigate with the complexity of life. This fools us into believing that we know what this is and we know what we are. The world can appear less baffling...
