Today I speak with Annie Cree, a mother of director of outdoor programming for Iakwa'shatste Youth Fitness, and a member of the Mohawk Nation. Her goal is to to help encourage and motivate families with little ones to try new things. She created an activity book for Indigenous Sports and Wellness Ontario, in addition to providing an in-school running program to prepare students for the Ottowa Kids Marathon.
