ADHD has been the most complicated and difficult to understand and manage until this podcast. Thank you so much for the clear, accessible and effective information. I’m going to listen to more episodes and then re-evaluate. But: I’m 12.5 minutes into my first one, about the method of bullet journaling. The creator of this system and the host have spent 12.5 minutes going on and on about why they like bullet journaling, why it’s so great, so individual, etc.,...Read full review »

I stumbled upon this podcast. It just happened to be on managing clutter. It was helpful and to the point which I truly appreciated. So many of the ADHD podcasters spend way too much time talking about themselves or extraneous topics. I get lost when that happens and I am embarrassed to admit -...Read full review »

I love the stuff Tara and Lynne discuss in this podcast. Great interviews, great topics that really speak to me as a woman with ADHD. I love that the emotional side (like anxiety, fear of failure and depression) is getting all the emphasis it deserves. But why o why, in this day and age where we...Read full review »

I listened to three different episodes. Based on that, it seems like an over-analysis of common sense information. Not sure if the speaker has any credentials related to this field or if she is just a life coach?

This podcast has helped gave me great clarity in my life. Many of the things they talked in the podcast, I can relate to. This podcast does the right thing and they truly want to help people with ADD/ADHD succeed in life. I would mention though that they should fix the audio quality.

The titles announce topics worth exploring, but the speakers fail to live up the titles’ promise. Very little substance.
