“I came across Payal aka Affirmation Addict's channel about two months ago. I have been practicing manifestation and the law of attraction for the last three years. Though I had heard a lot about affirmations and even read a few books on it, I could never really relate to it. However, when I came across Affirmation Addict, it changed my life. From her tiny videos and posts on instagram to her extremely simple podcasts, she captured my attention like no other. She breaks down the use of affirmation and its application in our day to day lives so simply. After I started following her tips, I started beliving more and more in the power of affirmation. Whenever I feel down, I play her podcasts and listen to the tiniest nuance of every tip that she gives. My main struggle in the past has been to believe in those affirmations. Now, I use those affirmations with a much stronger belief to reduce anxiety, and increase my happiness in general. For anyone who doesn't understand the power of affirmations or who does not know how to use them, I highly recommend you to listen to her. Her tips and tricks will have you smiling all day.
