I want to express my concerns about the current state of the economy and how it has personally impacted me and those around me. It feels as though higher prices have offset any increases in income, which has made it difficult to see any significant improvements. Additionally, our governor's decision to implement a 'cap and trade' policy on gasoline has resulted in even higher prices, far beyond what was initially anticipated. I now find myself spending over a hundred dollars to fill my gas tank, whereas it used to be half that amount before these changes were implemented. The situation is worsened by the fact that public transit has become less safe due to incidents of violence and drug-related issues. In Seattle specifically, people have been harmed on buses, and the diminished police presence has contributed to a sense of insecurity. Moreover, my retired father is experiencing financial difficulties, being on a fixed income, has had to increase his income for the first time in thirty years of retirement. As a viewer, it's important for me to voice these concerns and urge you not to overlook the realities on the ground not based solely on statistical data you read. It can come across as demeaning and dismissive to your audience. It's essential to acknowledge that personal experiences may differ from macroeconomic trends, and addressing these real-world challenges would resonate with your viewers.Read full review »

Just a terrifically good political podcast - 06/13. Chris has a way of really nailing the subject and exposing the bs/probing the story from all angles. I like him.

Who and why they began is not who they now serve and thinking people who no longer benefit from the actions of their “public servants” smell and...Read full review »
