I really appreciate this podcast. Her episodes How To Talk Back to Your OCD and Send This Episode to A Loved One are my favorite. I love how she emphasized to do what feels authentic to you- while providing applicable tips. I also feel like a lot of what she talks about can be helpful for nearly...Read full review »

I’ve always been a huge self advocate and with Jenna’s help and guidance I’ve been able to do that, one day at a time. I’ve been to therapist after therapist but no amount of therapy can get you where you want to be. Having the tools and knowledge to battle OCD when nobody is around has been my...Read full review »

Content is good, presentation is a bit cringe. I would be scared to have Jenna over if there’s any dust on my blinds. So as to filter out spirituality from prosperity gospel, listen to Kate Bowler’s “Everything Happens” podcast. Kate Bowler also helps one prepare for more difficult situations...Read full review »

This podcast sheds a bright light on disorders kept in the dark by those who suffer (literally) from them. It provides insight and hope with realism. The realism is that recovery takes work, and a properly trained therapist is crucial (no, I’m not a therapist or patient).
