Very Good Show and Getting Better
When this show started out, they were working on a rating system and stuck to that with very little deviance outside of a few comments here and there. They might have made a few missteps here and there (just ask the RHaP fans whose reviews here have resulted in a completely innacurate rating), but they have have come a long way. They have since dropped the rating system and have moved toward a discussion-based "would or would not recommend" model. The discussions about each podcast, and Podcasting in general, are salient, intelligent and thoughtful. The hosts are likable, skillful broadcasters, and the audio quality is professional. For me, this show has gone from a companion podcast to a stand alone show. I look forward to each new episode. These guys are actively trying to improve thier show, and promote the entire medium of Podcasting. If you want to give them a try, I suggest listening to the more recent episodes to get a feel. Beware though, if you listen to an episode about a show you vehemently love, they might grate you a bit. Its all for the good of the medium, though. You may not always agree with them, but individuality is what Podcasting is all about. These guys are doing the good work here. Would recommend.

When i heard of the “Pod on Pod” podcast from Josh & Chuck at “Stuff You Should Know”, i was intrigued. As it turned...Read full review »

They don't take the time to become familiar enough with the podcasts they are "reviewing," misquoting and making near-constant errors. Ill-informed, pretentious hosts who shouldn't throw rocks from their glass house.
