“It’s sad that I need to even write this, but as someone who is an actual historian and has a history degree, much of this is just revisionist history. Many of these episodes focus on the evils of colonial Americans, or 19th and 20th century Americans, without also looking at the context of the times themselves. I want to learn about history, not be scolded for the actions of people who are long dead.”
